Authors grant the journal the right to publish their article under a Creative Commons license. This grant is free of charge and made on a non-exclusive basis.

Authors may publish their work at a later date, provided they cite the reference to their publication in the journal Amplitude du droit.

Submission policy

Each author receives their edited article in PDF format (publisher’s PDF).

Authors are encouraged to upload the publisher’s PDF of their article to the HAL platform or any other open access institutional scientific archiving platform as soon as their contribution is published in the journal Amplitude du droit.

Authors may also submit both the submitted version (unpeer-reviewed or preprint) and the author’s version (accepted by the Editorial Board or postprint) of their article, provided they explicitly state that the version submitted is not the one approved by the journal Amplitude du droit.

Six months after the issue is published, all articles in their edited version will be uploaded to the HAL open archive by the journal’s editorial secretary, unless the authors have already done so.

 

Anti-plagiarism policy

All selected submissions are checked using the Compilatio anti-plagiarism software.
